DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND IF ALREADY ARE, DO NOT USE AUTO PAY. THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF. MY POLICY WAS SET TO EXPIRE AFTER SIX MONTHS. I CALLED TWO DAYS AHEAD OF MY POLICY EXPIRATION DATE TO MAKE SURE IT WOULD BE CANCELLED AND THESE PEOPLE RENEWED MY POLICY AND TOOK MONEY OFF OF MY CARD. CON ARTISTS!

They deserve a close down not stars. Worst people to deal with. No responsiblity & individual bases organistation. Its not a company, its a private individual agents coming together. I wouldn't give this place any stars, but i had to. You think a person who makes money by selling insurance would call or respond via email. I've tried for the past 2 weeks to get a call back or a response via email. I was either transfered and put on hold for 15 mins or told "i can't help you im helping someone else." Worst customer service ever! i left my # 3 times promised someone would return my call. NEVER happened! Thank god they aren't the only gig in town! #worstcompanyever cut your losses and go somewhere else where they will actually help you! They can't even respond to a simple email
