We have been to this winery every time we come to Pigeon Forge and love it. The wine is delicious and the service has always been good. Today, however was a completely different story. The older lady serving 2 customers when we walked in asked if we wanted to do a tasting...when we said no thanks we just wanted to purchase a wine freezer, she huffed, rolled her eyes and shoved a pamphlet toward us. Having been there before, we already knew what we wanted and patiently waited for her to return and wait on us. When she returned she was short and just plain rude and acted like we were interrupting

This review is based on the cider's, cost, quality and service WE encountered while there alone....
Overpriced, mediocre offerings...I brew ciders' myself and love to come into these places to learn and sample some product to base myself against. 2nd picture left bottle is mine.
I realize it's a business (overhead, employee's, etc...) But $50 for those 2 bottles? IDK, It kinda seems like they price for those connoisseurs that like to pony up for the free or cheap samples and then loudly wax BS about their knowledge.
Staff? Were not interested at all about our party. We got a pour and then they

We did the Rocky Top wine tour and this was our last spot. Great people and a nice place but I'm from California and didn't like the wine from this region. For example, instead of Chardonnay they have a chardonelle. At one point, the person serving us suggested we put a jolly rancher in the wine which sounded bizarre. To be fair, the wine from this region is much sweeter than anywhere else in the country. Finally, they were sampling with some frozen wines and there was a suggestion to put vodka in the wine which was also very interesting.

The best winery in the state. The service is excellent, the wines are delicious, but the cider is out of this world.
We keep bringing bottle after bottle back for refills, only to finish them soon after we get home.
The value is also unbeatable—$5 to taste a generous portion of all their ciders. We will continue to come back as long as the doors are open!

Rude, rude, rude, rude, RUDE workers. Came in for the wine tour; a whole group of us actually! The lady doing the tastings was so rude to everyone. Slamming wine bottles down; just acting like we were just taking time out of her day. When she was done she asked each us "well what do you want?" Most of us told her politely we would like to pass and someone said they would come back the next day and she said in their face as mean and rude as possible while laughing "Yeahhh right."
If we ever came back and did the wine tour I'd risk not finishing it if we have to go there

We didn't catch her name but our server was friendly and informative and working hard serving 3 parties of us at once. The wine and ciders were both delicious as well. Favorite ended up being the Indian Summer, blueberry lemon semi sweet wine with a crisp finish aka bubbly and zesty, what a great combo; highly recommended!

We stopped by here after hiking. There weren't many people in there so we were quick to be served.
We decided to taste both wine and cider - my husband and I split a tasting of both. We love both wine and cider, but definitely lean towards liking wines more.
Wines: We tried all of the sweet wines, plus one of the semi-sweets. I only thought the sweet wines were okay. The Indian Summer was really good - which is a blend of blueberry and lemon, not something that I have had before.
Ciders: Surprisingly, I liked their ciders much more than their wines. We enjoyed the iconic tonic (apple

We went here as part as the wine trail. It was a cute location with an outside patio to enjoy a glass. They only had two employees at the time. One was cleaning and stocking and the other was trying to singlehandedly deal with 3-4 groups of tastings. We tried a couple ciders and they weren't bad, but to each their own.

Okay I loved this place. In an area with a lot of tourists who didn't take the pandemic seriously, it was nice to go to a super serious business. There was plexiglass and so much mask wearing. It warmed my heart. (That might have been the cider tho)
My friend did a wine flight and we loved the ones she tried. I don't remember which ones they were tho. I did the cider flight. The pomegranate cider was incredible. It was nice to sit outside, socially distanced, right next to the river. Will return whenever I come back to the area.

We had amazing service. I lost his card, but am hoping his name is Jason! We had their hard cider tasting and ended up purchasing the one with the basil in it. All of my friends at home plus my mom absolutely loved it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting pigeon forge. All staff was very nice and we had a great time.

Somehow on out first trip to Pigeon Forge, we missed this gem. While waiting for check-in time we popped in for a free wine and cider tasting... wow! You can try one cider and 4 wines, I'm a red wine/ whiskey kind of girl, but the South Cider (basically an original Apple) is mellow and semi sweet. DON'T skip out on it, this stuff is so good we got a growler and enjoyed it on the patio. Warning, this goes down far to easy on a hot day. For a discount they will refill your growler and cap it so you can take it with you... you also can refill it anytime!!! We've taken it back almost

The staff were not very friendly and I felt like they were way more aimed at getting as many people through as possible versus creating an experience for their guests. Our server didn't tell us anything about the rules about tasting or the wines we were trying or anything else. She never even told us her name or I would include it in this review. None of the wines were good. The only positive thing about this place was that it's a part of the wine trail where you can get free gifts. I wouldn't go otherwise.

Thank you CALEB for the quick tasting and recommendations!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great salesman too (wink). I am not a huge drinker. Just special occasions, maybe 2x a year. But I did want something unique and local to take home with me to Texas and walked out with 2 bottles of wine and 1 cider. I save $5.90 on his deal.

We saw the sign that said " sit on our patio and enjoy a glass of cider". This winery was located right along the river, so we thought that sounded great! However, when we sat down on the patio and began looking around it was horrible. Most of these places have been closed for 6 weeks due to Covid-19, so why in the world didn't the owner or staff take this time to hose down the outside of this establishment??? Spider nests and webs EVERYWHERE!!! It literally looks like a haunted house attraction! We had to watch where we were sitting for fear that some creepy crawly was going to

My boyfriend and I stayed in Gatlinburg. This place is about 25 minutes away. I wanted to do a wine tasting, but my boyfriend isn't really a wine drinker. Mill Bridge had a wine and hard cider tastings. Autumn did our tasting and she was very knowledgeable about the wines and ciders. We were both able to try something we liked. The wines were on the sweeter side which was great because I love sweet wines. There were a few tables and chairs outside where you can take your flight or glass outside by the water. We went during the winter so there wasn't much scenery. I would go again and

I always have to go to Apple barn when I go to Pigeon Forge and I had heard this winery carried their cider so I had to check it out.
Our service was amazing! The bartender poured us some wine and answered all our questions! Everything was good! We got a cider flight since we're sour obsessed! It was hard choosing what we did but we ended up leaving with blue berry wine and I got a growler of their southern cider. You could barely taste any alcohol in any of the ciders and wines!
Such a great atmosphere! Perfect for some relaxation from all the crowded places around the area. Very much

The newest winery -- and cidery -- in town. Mill Bridge is doing an excellent job holding their own against the wineries that have been in the area for years. Firstly, the location is just beautiful. I absolutely love the Old Mill Restaurant that sits on the river, and just across the bridge is Mill Bridge Winery, easily within walking distance. If you sit on the back deck of the winery, you get the same lovely view of the river. You can have a glass (or two) of wine, and relax. This is something none of the other wineries offer.
The wine list is not as long as the older wineries, but I think
