There is nothing worse than spending money on something that never achieves its purpose. I went to Dulce to get Botox and spent a considerable amount to be my best self. Despite going back for a 2nd trip to try and fix the missed wrinkles in my forehead, nothing spectacular was ever achieved. I still had wrinkles after the fix and now my other wrinkles are coming back faster than a Nascar race. Don’t let the Scottsdale address fool you. Take your money elsewhere

Had a Botox appt here, the one side of my face is fine but the other side for some reason the injector made one of my wrinkles worse. Even without Botox this wrinkle is not this bad, I'm not sure what happened! I am only 29 as well, my wrinkles aren't that deep either. A little frustrating when paying this much for treatment.

Went to get some lip fillers done here after purchasing a Groupon and trying to find a new spot in the area. The front desk staff were fine- they were kind and greeted me when I came in. When the nurse injector came out she almost acted awkward that I had arrived, was not confident, didn’t speak to me about what she thought should be done, she asked what I wanted and said she would go to get the product. She seemed very reluctant to be doing her job, and not that thrilled that I was in her chair. Not sure about other people out there but I feel when someone is injecting needles into your lips

This review is especially for Cheryl, RN. I first met Cheryl at the Scottsdale location. I came in for filler and Botox. This was in no way my first experience with filler & Botox, on the contrary, I have been getting both for about 14 years. Before Cheryl, I would simply look for groupons and bounce around for the best deals, but now? Nobody left a lasting impression. Since Cheryl? I follow her from South Scottsdale all the way to Chandler. Being an RN myself, and having a background in skin/wounds, I could tell the difference between Cheryl’s skill, touch, and artistry. I had a groupon to get my lips done, as soon as I step foot in Dolce I am told that I can not get them done because I am under 21. I turn 21 in a month, I asked where it says that you have to be 21 in order to get lip filler I was told it was on the forms and on their website. When I got home I reread every form and their website, never does it say anywhere you need to be 21. The lady also told me that this is very common and EVERYWHERE I go will have this same rule. I called multiple places each one stating that it was a lie and that the age is 18, and they were unsure what Dolce was talking about

I cleared my calendar for a week to prepare for recovery from an Erbium treatment and had one in January at Dolce. I paid extra to have my hands done and purchased an expensive after care product. It turned out to be nothing more than a light sunburn and absolutely nothing on my hands. I returned the product and complained to Mya who did my treatment and she offered to refund half of my money. This was my first visit and it was absolutely wonderful! Kim took very good care of me. I was super nervous as I hate shots and I was getting lip injections. Kim took the time to tell me what to expect (no pic nic) and when I needed a little break because I was quickly breathing and causing myself a panic attack, she gave me a few minutes and gently helped me chill out. She is absolutely ahhhhhmazing and wonderful!! I am VERY happy with my results and I absolutely WILL be back to see Kim when it's time to refresh my lip fillers! Cheryl is THE BEST. I've been going to her for filler and Botox for the past couple of years and I will not see anyone else. She is always so gentle, I never leave bruised or sore and the results are outstanding. From Rachel at reception, to Kim who did the service- all was excellent! Even on the day, I added two friends who wanted a little botox and they fit us right in, no problem. I know my face, I'm very versed in treatments/fillers and Kim knows her stuff. She was precise, gentle, super knowledgeable and FUN! We had a great time conversing with her about products: what's best, what doesn't last, and what to do for the future. I highly recommend Kim and Dolce Aesthetics! I'll be back.

I think it's really sad when you go in and you ask an injector to do you lips and tell him how you want them and they leave the room while your numbing and have no concern for you and how paranoid you are that they don't mess them up and they DO! .l
My lips have never looked so bad in my life and now I have to literally remove all of them to get them redone again. Kim completely changed the shape and put filler around my lips. So they aren't full they are outlined duck lips. Just be careful to not just trust any injector. Her face is highly injected but not everyone likes that look

I went in today for the first time to get lip fillers. I was a bit nervous at first since I don't like needles much and have a lower pain tolerance. The numbing cream was amazing! It felt like a few pinches and was not as painful as I thought. I also loved how Kim was quick and reassuring. She was very professional and I enjoyed my first time getting lip fillers! Thank you :)

I had my lips and Dysport done with Becca the other day and my experience was truly amazing. The numbing cream she used was like magic, literally couldn’t feel a thing (and I hate needles). My lips look so good, very even and plump! Just the way I like them! Becca is so nice and easy to talk to, she made great recommendations for me based on age and the look I wanted to achieve. I highly recommend coming to Dolce for your injections and very highly suggest seeing Becca. 😊😊

This is hands down one of my favorite places. I have had both Botox & Juvaderm (lips) on three separate occasions. They are so personable & down to earth. I also love how they transparently share their own work and converse just like you're friends. They do not try and up-sell anything or get you to do more than you have to. I live 40 miles from this place and def have other choices.
But, I will definitely stick with this medspa. Try them! You won't waste your time or your $.
