LEAN requires no fees besides appointment cost, and clients meet according to a "per session" schedule. LEAN trainers customize work-outs to individual client goals and vary the exercises depending on your specific needs. This eliminates all risk of "exercise boredom" and provides a fun, challenging experience in a comfortable atmosphere. Our experienced trainers keep you accountable to ensure you meet your fitness goals.

LEAN uses the most efficient method of exercise for fat loss: whole body resistance exercise. Our program trains large and small muscle groups in a program that not only guarantees you calorie expenditure in training but also in hours of your elevated metabolism after the session is over.

Love Lean Personal Training! I started training with Scott McCaa to get ready for my wedding later this year, and could not be more happy. I hate working out and he finds a way to make it fun and encourages me to keep pushing. You can tell he's an expert in his field and is full of knowledge about the human body, exercises, diet & nutrition, etc. If you are looking for a trainer, Scott is your guy!

I've been going to Lean since September 2018, working with Scott McCaa, and I can't say enough about my experience! I'm normally not one to write reviews but working with Scott has truly transformed my health and confidence. In addition to eating healthy foods, I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to Scott. He pushes me to workout harder than I would alone, he makes sure I have the right form so the exercises are both safe and effective, and he's constantly changing the exercises and increasing the endurance so that my body continues to improve and we meet my goals.

If you want a gym with experienced trainers, DON'T GO HERE! Many are marginal . A few are good but not most.
Also gym is not super clean. Not much equipment.
The owner is also very political. You can do better for the same price.

Working out at Lean Personal Training is such a postive experience. It doesn't make any different what your age,size or level of physical ablity is, the trainers customize your workout to your needs and goals. No waiting in lines for machines either! I truely believe that working with a trainer is the best use of my time and my results far exceed what I could do on my own. I have worked out with Jeff and John and both are the consummate professionals. Ditch your gym membership and check out Lean Personal Training, you won't regret it.

LEAN is an incredible personal training facility. Everyone there, both clients and trainers, are always friendly and eager to work hard. I appreciate the level of comfort that I've felt since walking through the door on day one. The gym is a great size and offers all of the equipment I need to complete my strength and cardio training. I have been going to LEAN for about a year and half and have nothing but good things to say! I had been in and out of physical therapy after a back surgery and the trainers at LEAN have personalized my workout to help me achieve my goals, while still protecting my back. They did a great job matching me with an experienced trainer who pushes me as well as keeps in mind my injury. I am able to schedule different slots each week, which helps with my very busy and changing schedule! The gym is clean and offers cardio equipment that you can use as well. I highly recommend training at LEAN!

I have been working out a LEAN for almost a year now and I cannot think of one bad thing about it! Everyone who works there is extremely welcoming and friendly. I have never felt out of place like might at a bigger gym. My trainer, Amanda, really puts a lot of thought into my workout plan for what works best for me. Would not recommend anywhere else! 5 stars for sure!

Have been going to LEAN for a couple of years. I have been very pleased with the results and feel stronger and more healthy as a result. I initially started going, like many, to lose weight, and have accomplished that goal. My trainer, Min, keeps the workouts fresh by changing the exercises frequently. I have also worked with other trainers there and found all to be professional and caring.
The advantage of having a personal trainer, in my opinion, is to challenge one to do more than they would do alone and to help prevent injury by supervising by their workout. If you are looking for a personal

My husband and I have been going to LEAN for 6 months now. We wanted a place where we could find our motivation to work out again. We've never really been fond of the big box gyms and find it difficult to commit to consistently working out at home. We were both paired with Min and we can both say it's been a great experience - so much that we plan on keeping our weekly training going (even though we found our motivation!). We have interacted with Jeff and most all of the trainers during our time there and have seen impressive things happening with the clients. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable

As a person who does not enjoy working out, I started at LEAN with the goal to improve my overall health and fitness. Although I have not become a "gym rat" I have enjoyed not only the experience, but also the benefits and the people at LEAN. I train consistently with Min but have also trained with other trainers and you cannot go wrong training with any member of the LEAN staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable and supportive. As I move into my second year of training at LEAN, I look forward to further growth and improvement as this talented staff helps me to achieve my goals.

Lean is fabulous. Since day one Lean has listened to my needs. Initially, I had a phone conversation with Jeff about training. He listened, took into account my scheduling needs and did an excellent job matching me with my trainer, Mackenzie. I have used other trainers before and never felt like my personal goals were even considered. Mackenzie has listened to me since day one. She is helping me reach my goals with hard workouts and I always have a good time. I never dread going and always feel great when I leave. I LOVE LEAN!

I've been working out at Lean with my trainer Mackenzie for about 6 weeks and I can't say how much I've loved it. I mean, I've been sore everyday since I've started, but I'm really happy with my progress. Weight loss has always been a struggle for me and I finally feel like I have the support and professional help I've been waiting for. I go between 2 and 3 times a week and I can see/feel the results. Professional trainers that ACTUALLY cater to your personalized physical heatlh needs!
