I have been taking PJ's Restorative Strength class for a few months now and it is working wonders. I had hip replacement surgery in early March and, after being released from my doctor, wanted to get back to working out, but with my hip in mind. I met PJ years ago when she was teaching at another gym and always appreciated her ability to work with us "mature" folks. I saw her FB posts about her online classes so decided to try them out. I love the classes and am very grateful for the replays. Almost better than going to the gym, as one of the hardest things for me was finding a class at a time

Hello my name is Ken Mitchell, I am posting this message on the behalf of P.J. Olsen with Restoration Strength, I joined P.J’s class approximately nine months ago because I have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s, due to the disease my range of motion began to get less and less, my golf game had gone from single digit handicap to me having a hard time to breaking a hundred, my neck was so stiff it was difficult to turn my head, I am pleased to say that after these last nine months my golf game has improved because of my range of motion has improved, I can turn my head without pain, my core strength

P.J. is such a positive and patient trainer. She has been able to keep me moving, even with my arthritic hips and knees. This past year, when my limited range of motion has frustrated me, P.J. has been able to help me adapt and strengthen other areas of my body, and as a result, I have been able to postpone surgery. The best thing about P.J. is that she actually watches how the exercises are being performed, and corrects any mistakes that could result in injury or pain. She is amazing.
