Large enough for our crowd. Plenty of room, cold AC and nice views. 5 bedrooms with 5 ensuite bathrooms and a single bunk over a full bunk in the basement. The bunk is not one of the 5 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a loft, which lacks privacy (can change in the bathroom), but workable with the right person. We put our early bird up there and had no issues. All of the beds creak like something awful! I slept in one of the basement bedrooms and could hear the bed above me whenever they got in and out. Either beds need tightened or new ones purchased. Great house. We have abeautiful view, and plenty of room for the family and kids. 13 of us, including 2 toddlers, an 8 and 11 year old. Pool table and multi arcade game downstairs. Beautiful open main room with a loft. We stayed for a week and found it very convenient to get to the Smoky Mountain National Park and Pigeon Forge.
