Since then this family owned business has expanded into a 13,000 square foot facility with 7 bays for vehicles and most recently a 6 bay addition to accommodate larger commercial trucks and buses. Terrible customer service. Higher rates. Scam. Charged me for two days storage when my car was not even there 24 hours. Charged me $50 for not having my key which is a scam charge. Charged me $25 to go to my car and back to retrieve documents. Scam charge again. Edit- I came to pay and he would not accept credit card. So now I have to go out my way to get cash.
