Overall experience was pleasant. This was my first time here and found it through Google. I am usually skeptical especially with the location of the plaza but I have to say, it is indeed a gem. The owner herself has an overall great personality! Totally coming back and referring my friends and family that live near by. 😁

Thelma is the most professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly she is authentically passionate about her trade. She is an expert and will only do what is in your best interest, even if it is contrary to what you are asking for. She is going was so meticulously thoughtful when handling my hair. She took time to explain exactly what she was doing and why she was doing it. I have curly hair and often it is difficult to find a salon where I feel comfortable with a stylist cutting and handling. That has all disappeared with Thelma. I had neglected my hair for two years because I wasn’t able

If you happen to come across this salon on recommended , then yes this is your sign to go ! Thelma is the most honest hairstylist I have ever met , I have had the WORST experiences with other so called ‘hairstylists’ but Thelma will tell you straight up what your hair needs and will fix whatever damage you have. I can honestly say to put your trust in her , she is there to advice YOU what you need and will get you what you want done! Look no further because she is your gal. The customer service is there is AMAZING ! and the products she sells will FIX your damaged hair :) THEY ARE THE BEST

Finally found my go-to hair salon in West Palm Beach after living here for almost 6 years! When I first stepped in I was greeted by sweet Frances who accommodated me even though I was a walk-in client (Appointment Recommended) Thelma the stylist is the BEST! She's so sweet, kind, professional and thoughtful. She is a great listener to what you want and helps you figure out what will work for you. I love my haircut and color. I moved to Florida from Michigan this year. I am extremely picky about who does my hair so you can imagine how nervous I was to start over again with a new stylist. I did have a bad experience at another place since moving here. I went in to Distinct Hair Salon and Thelma not only corrected my hair but she made it the most beautiful blonde I’ve ever had in my hair. It’s what I’ve been wanting but no one ever got it quite right. She’s amazing. She explained the entire process on what she was going to do to fix it and took her time with me to be sure it was right. She cares deeply about listening

I recently moved to Florida and was worry about finding a hair salon that would fit my hair type, I was going to the same place for 12 years. Was very nervous to try a new hair stylist after moving down here recently. Thelma was amazing. She knows what she is talking about, and makes you sure comfortable. Not only does she listen to what you want, but she makes sure it gets done in a healthy way. My hair was kind of a train wreck when I walked in, and when I walked out, I felt like a new person. My hair felt & looked so healthy and happy. Thank you!!!
