Do not use them for divorce mediation services!!! Paperwork was incorrect twice. I had to take my own substantial notes at the hearings and provide them with what they had done incorrectly. It was a lot!! Two different court commissioners expressed significant concern with what was presented and apologized to us that we had been provided with sub-par documentation. No apologies or offerings to make it "right" with us. They also charge more than other places in town to start. Divorce is hard! They will make it harder!! I would also like to note that I have actually never logged into Google to create

Changed our entire wedding ceremony. Out right lied to the groom about trying to talk to the bride. Pretty sad when you are grateful you didn't record your ceremony, dont have to relive being made fun of on my wedding day and having an entirely different ceremony than you asked for.

I worked with Andrew on a mediation case and he and his assistant are inept. After providing information to them regularly, they would input into a spreadsheet with many gross errors on every occasion. He also engaged in some practices that were very questionable. His memory is poor so you must repeat yourself and correct him regularly. This office is inadequate. I would strongly advise you to work with someone else.

Call to get a quote or to see if I had a case with a rental property and the receptionist had absolutely no idea that somebody made a phone call and sounded half asleep when I called and said I just received a phone call from this number she said oh okay well I don't know from who. .. then the supposed person I talk to about if I had a case or not was extremely rude, she did not care about what I was talking about and her only solution was to just move even though our housing conditions are not even habitable these people don't care!! ! She then hung up on me and told me my opinion don't matter

My father was in a messy small claims issue. We knew the defendant would be unlikely to pay us even if we won. Although he was likely to win his case and the defendant had some questionable claims, I was worried that her allegations could cost my dad - especially she has been court many times in the past and knew more about the system than us.
I am so grateful that Mr. Schmidt and his firm allowed us at 4pm on Friday to meet. The fee for the initial consult was very reasonable. He did the following:
