John took on my case feeling confident that it was a case that could be won and it was. The professional level was not up to my standards as I felt most of the paper work was done by my self as well as getting in contact with 3rd parties to verify information, at this point I felt like I was better off representing myself. When I would call into the office I would never get straight forward responses and no one seemed to know what was happening and you would be asked the same questions over and over again. Trying to get a returned phone call was so complicated unless you were willing to call 2
