I worked with them at the Chesapeake Boat Show to buy a new pontoon boat. As I'm thinking about this purchase (and had been there for 2 hours and the day before) they sold the boat out from under me WITHOUT even saying one word to me. This is the most underhanded, unethical thing that happened to be in 68 years. And what did I get "I'm sorry". Buyers beware..

Avoid sales from Tom. He sent me a misleading price on a boat that he pretended to have to get me back in the door and basically pulled a bait and switch. When I was not comfortable with him as my salesperson, the staff said I had to deal with him since he was my first point of contact. He completely misled me and expected me to buy a boat that was available after sending a completely different quote.

Recently bough a pre-owned boat from these guys and have had nothing but trouble with them from the day the deal was signed. They were also very sketchy about issues with the boat - I felt like I was dealing with shady used car salesmen the whole time. They lost the bow cover for the boat and I had to fight with them for two weeks to finally have them agree to pay for half the replacement value and now I have been waiting over 30 days for my registration paper works from them. Maybe they are better when selling new boats, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Thank You to Bruce Staley and all the staff for their excellent customer service. We love our 2017 Robalo R242. We had some issues with our first trailer. We upgraded to another trailer and we love it. We couldn't be more happy with our overall experience. The staff at Waterfront Marine worked very hard to accommodate our needs very promptly. I would definitely buy another boat from them and recommend them to my friends and family.

Bruce Staley is a very knowledgable and helpful staff member. I was recently doing research on a 21' Chaparral H2O and wanted to customize the boat to my exact needs. He was willing to do research and answer all of my questions and e-mails when he could have easily blown me off. I would recommend talking to him when doing research and buying a boat.

Very professional and knowledgable sales staff. We worked primarily with Derek, who helped us find the boat that met our needs. Admittedly, we did not go into the boat buying process knowing we were going to buy a Chaparral. After an exhaustive grilling of Derek's H20 model knowledge, a lengthy test drive and reasonable negotiating did we determine that we were making the right choice of buying a Chaparral through Waterfront Marine. Derek immediately answered one of my emailed questions while he was on vacation with his family. If that's not the definition of dedicated, not sure what is then.
