And my fave food is pizza. In fact, I studied nutrition because I knew I would never get tired of talking about food. As a Registered Dietitian and gut health nutritionist, I've been helping people since 2011 address their gut health, irritable bowel syndrome, and food sensitivities/intolerances. Early in my career I realized that there's more to developing lifelong habits than counting macros or following a cookie cutter diet.
I've created a gut-friendly meal plan that is also family friendly. The recipes are aimed at promoting healthy digestion by emphasizing whole, plant-based foods, fiber and prebiotic foods. Each week, you will receive three days of suggested recipes that focus on meals your whole family will love and are gut friendly.
