Services
An Ogunquit native, Michelle has been a nationally certified licensed massage therapist since 2005. Over the course of her career, Michelle has fine-tuned her skills to include services that help nourish and heal the entire body and spirit. Her belief in the self-healing powers of the body have led her to pursue certification in Craniosacral Therapy and Herbalism, targeting whole body health and wellbeing.

Often used as part of a regular health care maintenance routine, this massage uses traditional Swedish techniques to gently soothe muscle aches and pains, improve circulation and rid the body of toxins.

Michell is so good that both myself and my husband regularly have massages with her. It has made a huge difference in my flexibility as I have arthritis in my neck that hasn't felt so loose in years. Great maintenance for the 60+ bodies!
