Ken Taylor has been my insurance agent for ALL my auto and home coverage for the past 30 years. Regardless of much his business had grown, Ken still answered my phone calls and emails. His knowledge of insurance coverage, competitive rates, and personal attention to making sure my damage claims during Harvey and other disasters were taken cared of promptly. I was referred to Ken by my Realtor so I when I was buying my house a few months ago, so I gave him a chance to quote my homeowner's insurance and he was able to save me a ton compared to everyone else. They deserve no stars. I called for a quote, answered all their questions, and never heard back from them. If this is indicative of their service, they certainly would not be around if I had an issue.
Update: I spoke with a young lady who took all of my information, so if you cannot find anything, then please check with her. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with her as I answered all of her questions about my history and current insurance. It makes it even worse if you can’t find the record!

Ken Taylor's office has always provided us with excellent customer service. Once a year, he takes the time to review our policies and gives us recommendations on what we might want to add or change. His office also returns calls in a timely matter and answers all of our questions.

I was a long time customer that wanted to expand coverage to include my new house. My goal was to bundle auto with home. I made multiple attempts at phone calls and emails, but there was no response to my inquiries. The office staff assured me I would get a call back, but I never had any follow up. Ultimately I got frustrated with the lack of customer service and moved my auto policy to a new agent. I know now that this was not an isolated incident. My brother was trying to renew his policy a few weeks later and tried to contact Ken for some questions he had. He, unfortunately, ran into the same
