I was referred to Ken by my Realtor so I when I was buying my house a few months ago, so I gave him a chance to quote my homeowner's insurance and he was able to save me a ton compared to everyone else. They deserve no stars. I called for a quote, answered all their questions, and never heard back from them. If this is indicative of their service, they certainly would not be around if I had an issue.
Update: I spoke with a young lady who took all of my information, so if you cannot find anything, then please check with her. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with her as I answered all of her questions about my history and current insurance. It makes it even worse if you can’t find the record!

I was a long time customer that wanted to expand coverage to include my new house. My goal was to bundle auto with home. I made multiple attempts at phone calls and emails, but there was no response to my inquiries. The office staff assured me I would get a call back, but I never had any follow up.
