Good luck getting in touch with these people; their system doesn't work. Their website failed half way through signing up for a new policy. State Farm IT couldn't help, and I can't reach Rod Thelen at his office (I'm fairly sure they never answer the phone there). They're still billing me for a policy that was never completed though.

I don't have experience with Rod Thelen ,but I did visit his office two weeks ago . There is a lady she work in office I think Lilian she is most amazing! I need a surly bond he wasn't available she took her time calling around to find an agent . That says A LOT about the office and of course HER! I would go back just because she took time explain and cared for how to help me at that time.
