Employees leave left and right and I never know who is managing our corporate insurance! This is just absolutely ridiculous! I email and call and email and call and NO ONE reaches out to let us know "this person is taking over". I definitely am switching brokers if I do not hear back by tomorrow! Absolutely hands down the most unprofessional company!

She is AWESOME!! We received a notice from our insurance carrier that our premium was increasing by more than 25%- YIKES!! Shannon is going to see if there are credits we can apply to our account and also research other carriers to see if we can come up with competitive pricing. So nice to know she is willing to go the extra mile! Thanks!!

Joe in Phenomenal!!
As a small business owner trying find a local service in San Diego to provide business insurance is unheard-of. I was recently up for renewal on my General Liability with a different company & needed to renew quickly as I only had a few days to get coverage!
My old insurer was not upfront, did not care about my coverage that I really needed, did not recommend or tell me anything about my policy, it was like this for years. I was finally fed up & decided to call Joe & I am very happy I did!
Joe answered the phone, asked a few questions about what I needed & really took care
