Rich likes our office so much he married one of our senior paralegals. Rich and Lisa have the office miracle - their daughter Ava was born premature in 2004 at only two pounds, but is doing great now. Ava attends school at Franklin Road Academy. I wish I could say enough great things about my experience. They took what was a very scary moment and did all of the work. I signed a few papers and they took care of the rest. I was occasionally given status updates, and was never required to go to the office. This was all resolved remotely which was so convenient. The communication I had with Nikki was incredible! Didn't feel I was being adequately represented or given any kind of priority. Hard to get calls back, texts back and emails. I was asked for information that I had sent multiple times through there text app, emailed and verbally told. It was like no one was logging my information.I do appreciate the level of professionalism from the Office manager though. I read the reviews before signing with this firm and high hopes. UNFORTUNATELY those expectations were not met. I have since moved on to another firm.

Took in my case that a major insurance company took full liability for, had me sign a contract, and referred me to another lawyer that refused my case. I don’t know if they were paid to drop the case but something definitely happened and they refused to be honest and give a reason.
