I love coming here! McKenzie aka "Rae" is my go-to injector and she takes her time and is considerate of my preferences. My botox treatments are amazing, last, and if I ever feel like I need a touch-up she's spot-on! The spa is clean; Rae is professional and makes me feel very comforted while doing my treatments.

Amazing, caring, perfect, did I say amazing. Carol is such an awesome person and that fact she does not rush you at all! I mean does a Med Spa care how you really feel how you look when you leave?
She does, also nothing like starting your consultation with a hug. If you care about how you look and want to Spa to do the same I truly recommend her.

The entire staff goes above and beyond. Amy and Katie checked in daily to make sure I was doing okay after my first deep DOT treatment. I was a nervous wreck from the beginning to end and I couldn't be more appreciative of their patience with me. They have consistently reassured me and even squeezed me into their schedule to make sure I was healing properly. I can't thank them enough.

I called for a consultation and ask very cleared if is Complementary....they say Yes and ask for my Credit Card just in case I do not show up and I say ok.
They were very nice the whole time even thou I show up 10min. before and they make me wait 33 min. by the clock.
After my consultation they ask me if I want a paper receipt or e mail because they charge me 50.00 for a consultation of 10 min.
At the end, 50.00 will be accredited to any procedure if you do it.
CUSTOMERS WILL APPRECIATE IF YOU TALK CLEARED TO THEM AND SPECIFY...

Till I got a new spa and after the first treatment ... Boom!! 100% results! With now going back and forth 3 times to re done it !!
I am still giving you 4 start because you stand behind your words and re-treated me,
But I still got 0 results .
And after you I waited 8 months because I was sure Botox is not for me and I didn't want to do the Dysport.
But apparently went and got 100% positive results on the first

I just moved to the area and was due for Botox and found U Med Spa. I easily booked online (I would give bonus stars for this if I could) and had my appointment with Leslie today.
When I arrived, I was greeted by Paige and she was so welcoming! I asked to have numbing cream put on my crows feet area, and she was happy to accommodate! (Believe it or not, I have had other establishments give me push back, I do it because for me, it prevents me bruising like a peach and makes getting Botox in the area more comfortable for me).
Leslie was amazing! She listened to the areas I wanted to focus on

I went there and wanted to get rid of or 90% reduce my acne scars which where not bad at all and they said it would take 2 to 3 micro needing sessions and i would be good. i got 3 done and that did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. My face is still the exact same as before session 1. It does not work and o am very unhappy. They also messed up my lips and made them uneven which i got fixed at another spa. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. They will blame it on you and make excuses that people are different and different results will happen after you complain. They will promise you success up front then once you pay they

This was my first time getting Botox and I was extremely nervous. Amy was soo sweet & walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. She did an amazing job and I was very satisfied with my results. The salon is very clean and the staff was very professional. I would definitely recommend them !

She, the owner did such a horrible job on my fillers that I had to hid for a week! It was so horrible!! She needs to be reported, seriously!! So displeased!! I only clicked one star because I had to but do yourself a favor & don't go to her. Also, her employees I hear are not happy & turnover is fast .

I saw Amy for Botox and Carol for a touch up. Being it was my first time with them, the need for a touch up isn't uncommon as the injectors learn how your face and muscles respond to injections. They both did a great job, were professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Both Amy and Carol ensured I was pleased with my results and I am so happy with my Botox!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Liz was so sweet, knowledgeable, professional. Don't let her being young fool you, she has a lot of experience. She took her time explaining things to me and answering my questions(and oh do I ask a lot of questions). She took extra time with my lip filler, you could tell she was a perfectionist so don't mistake her for being hesitant. And I don't know about you, but if someone is going to stick a needle in my lips I would want them to be nothing but a perfectionist! It's been 3 days since I got my lips done and the swelling has went down

I would give NO Star if possible. I came to U Med Spa because of the good reviews. Now I start to wonder if they are even real. My wife have been doing Botox and/or Dysport for quite a while now. EVERY TIME she uses 100 units to a PERFECT look. PERFECT! She did at Beverly Hill Rejuvenation Center, Result: Perfect!. She did at Blush Aesthetics & Wellness, Result: Perfect. 100 Units. Amy does my Dysport and lip filler and she is amazing! She really takes time listening to exactly what I'm looking for and makes it a reality! I cannot believe the results. I have had two appointments rescheduled due to poor planning on Umedspa's part. I also missed two scheduled appointments because the wand was broken for laser. I have been informed that they are phasing out laser so now I understand why my appointments are not important to them. I'm not having to find a new place to finish my half done laser hair removal. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Had really loved this place. However after having lip filler and the filler all sitting in the middle of my lip I called. The lady I spoke to was pretty rude and said to call back in a few weeks if it doesn't fix itself. I did. Twice. Both times being told someone would be calling me back. No one ever did. I won't be going back. For the price you pay to go here, you should be getting amazing service.
