The reason you have not achieved your health and weight loss goals has absolutely nothing to do with you. My work with Amy has changed my relationship with food. Food is no longer a friend or a foe, but a tool. I have learned so much from her about how my body works, why it craves what it craves and why I have the physiological reactions that I have.

She has supported me through this journey by believing in me even when I don't believe in myself and teaching me how to be resilient in my weightloss journey. She is helping me be the 'me' I was always meant to be.

Optimal health is a synergy between your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. When one of these factors is out of balance, it impacts all the areas of your life and it becomes impossible for you to be at your best. This imbalance also often results in a lackluster life plus feelings of being out of control, unmotivated, and overwhelmed.
Maybe you start a new diet or exercise program but end up being so busy that you are only able to fully commit for a week or two. Maybe you feel stuck because you have a general idea of what to do to lose weight and take control of your health but struggle to put those ideas into action. Maybe you wish you had more willpower and self-control when it comes to food.
The Full Circuit Resource Library contains a collection of resources especially designed to help you live a more vibrant and balanced life. My Conquer Your Cravings eBook and supporting resources which will help you demystify your food cravings and use them to help you achieve your health and weight loss goals.

He takes into account any injuries (I have a seriously bad back and horribly weak knees), things that you love to do and creates a fantastic programme that suits your individual needs. Granted, I think he is overly fond of Burpees and might need to revisit his definition of the word "fun."

The results that I saw while working out with
