Hi, I'm Nicole, Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, & Virtual Nutrition Coach, here to support you through your wellness journey! Let me ask you a few questions. I'm here to help you learn what works for your unique health situation, so you never have to feel like you're depriving your body or question whether you're on the right track.

I will work with you to make realistic, long-term changes that work for your life without quick-fixes or over-restriction of foods that we all love, like carbs! To start, you'll get a comprehensive 60-minute assessment of your medical history, labs, diet, exercise, stress & sleep habits and a personalized health plan.

I'm so glad you're here! I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator with a master's degree in Nutrition Science. I've spent the last 10 years helping people improve their health through 1:1 nutrition coaching, teaching group classes, working as a clinical dietitian in hospitals and dialysis units, and managing insulin pumps for people with diabetes.

I have been working with Nicole since July 2020. I sought her services after making the decision to improve my overall health, specifically addressing my GI symptoms and concern for my kidney health. Nicole is thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and non-judgmental. After my initial consultation, she developed a personalized meal plan which included recipes to address my nutritional needs (and they were tasty).

Nicole was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She is so compassionate, caring, and understanding and really helped me to look at my relationship with food in a different way. I highly recommend her!!! I've been working with Nicole for 6 months now and she's changed my life! I found Nicole after a doctor recommended that I lose 10 pounds (with no guidance on how to do it!). I had high cholesterol, high blood sugar, borderline kidney disease, and high blood pressure. After 3 months with Nicole, all of my markers have improved. She is SO knowledgeable; she helps me understand all of my blood test results and gives detailed advice on how to improve my health.
