Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
The apartment in the Trump International Resort has a direct unobstructed ocean view. The room is very large, and has a kitchenette and two refrigerators. The room was spotless clean. The management is exceptionaly responsive and attentive. Highly recommend, will absolutely be back.

We stayed a week here. The pictures looked nice. It had the added bonus of pool, jacuzzi and on the water. Unfortunately the house does not live up to its pictures. The home lacks basic upkeep.
-The AC was leaking water 2 of the 5 days we were there.
-The floors and pool were dirty on arrival.
-The pool was not working 2 out of the 5 days we were there.
-One of the toilets was not working on arrival.
-The living room furniture really needs to be updated.
-The coffee table seemed it was ready to fall apart.
-The shower head had calcium buildup so no telling how long it has been since it was

Anyone can see from the photos that this place is incredible, but what has blown me away is the EXCEPTIONAL communication from Jeff Walker. From my very first inquiry, he was responsive, respectful, and thorough. He seems as though he genuinely cares about making sure guests have a wonderful experience. I would not hesitate to recommend any one of his properties due to his exceptional communication and genuine desire to give guests a positive experience.
