I have found Arcadia Computer, Inc., expert in their knowledge and service ability. They are professional and very service oriented. They do what they say they are going to do and it is always exactly what is needed. When they quote you a price that is the price that you pay, no hidden fees or taxes. Great service from a knowledgeable and friendly staff. My hard drive crashed. The fine folks at Arcadia computer told me it would be cheaper for me to purchase a replacement from Tiger Direct than from them. They installed the replacement and did a complete function test. Still working great. Thanks a million.

I recently purchased a used laptop for a young college student. Told the girls at computer shop the unit to be used by student in classes. Paid cash and delivered to student in Bradenton. Return to Arcadia. Very same day my student calls and says battery won't hold a charge. I then call back the store with this info. At first told sorry unit is as is. I remind them I told them the unit was for a student in class and how can you know the battery is defective and sell in this way. I distinctly told the lady I drove all the way to Bradenton to deliver the unit. She then said bring it back for refund

Several years ago I met Gabriel (Arcadia Computers) in Arcadia, Florida. He did some computer repair for me, and then I purchased a new laptop. I never had any major problems with that laptop, and kept it 3 years until I knew that XP would no longer be supported by Microsoft. I had then stopped wintering in Arcadia, and now live full time in Dickson, Tennessee. I called Gabriel, ordered a new computer, and it was shipped to me. He connected remotely, set the computer up for me, moved everything from my old computer to the new one. Love the new Windows 7 laptop. If I should have a problem, I know
