As another reviewer stated, this man does not know what he is doing!! And he will get mad at a customer and say things that are not true! Took my computer to have one(1) file from my hard drive and have it transferred to a USB drive. He said "I don't cherry-pick files! "I only transfer entire drives"! I told him but that's what I'm paying you for. He said " You need to leave, and don't come back"!! So yea I won't be back!

Took a PC in to have it upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10. After paying, I bought the PC home and started using it. It worked for a few days then began to blue screen crash. So I took it back to this shop. The owner said he thought I had a bad stick of Ram so he ordered new Ram. Upon changing the Ram the PC continued to blue screen crash. The guy then said I had a bad memory slot and removed one of the 4 sticks of Ram on the one he thought was bad. However, that did not stop the problem.
