Last year during the summer my AC stopped working. Took my car to Kings Grant Exxon and they said compressor is bad, need new one. They put a new compressor in and AC was working again, however they put in the compressor crookedly so it was rubbing against a belt and shredding the belt over time. Mechanics do more singing than real work at that place. Would not take my care there again, EVER.

This team is a team I can trust and will always use. I honestly have no idea how they ever get anything done, because every time I call in, I speak to the actual mechanic working on my car. No one does that! He then tells me everything about what I need to do. When I had a small hiccup, I was able to talk through the problem with Marion, and he explained the situation thoroughly and showed me the error of my thinking in a professional way while still showing empathy to my situation. I would highly recommend Kings Grant Exxon!

Customer service is excellent, everyone was so friendly and respectful and very accommodating especially Lanni, since I am pregnant and due anytime now. She made sure I didn’t have to much of a long wait. I highly recommend this place because the service and atmosphere of the business is welcoming and very helpful. They get things done in great timing and they take care of their customers.

Kings Grant Auto was recommended to me in 2007, and I have never been disappointed. A few bad apples can make it really hard to find a mechanic you trust, so once we met Lee, we knew we'd never need to look anywhere else. Even through changes in management and ownership, they consistently provide good quality, honest, fair priced care. We have taken all our vehicles here for the past 14 years and recommend their shop to everyone we know. I always get my gas at Kings Grant Exxon, but last week was the first time I was in need of a tire shop. I was taken in immediately. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable, explaining everything. Fee was beyond reasonable. Needless to say, I left extremely satisfied and will definitely return. This place is amazing.

While I did not bring my vehicle here I had a very pleasant experience with them. I actually brought it to the dealership and when they told me what they needed to do and how much it would cost I called up other places. The gentleman at kings grant Exxon was polite, informative and kind, and I just don't see that around as much these days. So thanks guys! Next time I do need work that you provide, I know where to go.

Ive Always used this shop every year for inspection..Well this year it happened to be time for an Oil change as well..So get it done and couple days later notice oil drips in driveway..Well it rains heavily for a few days and i forget about the drips..Then a couple days mor no rain and i notice the oil stains in the driveway again..So i take the truck back and Lee is nice about it and gets the truck in..Well the mechanic not sure his name,Black gentleman with braids looks over the truck sprays some of the oil off gets in my truck backs it out gives me the thumbs up and walks away.Im like thats

What a great service station in the auto repair place and gas station I first took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation and then about a month later I went back for a state inspection and to have them look at and repair my air-conditioner Lee seems to be a fantastic guy and repair man he kept me informed of the progress of my car and was able to fix my AC for a reasonable rate and OMG even on the hottest days I have to roll down my windows cuz it gets so cold in my car now not that I'm really complaining they even offer to fill up your car when they are done working on your car

Don't trust KingsGrant! I had a car towed there last month on a Thursday night and Friday morning was told the car was a write off and not worth fixing and charged $97 to be put on a machine to tell me what the problem was. Also they unknowingly charged me $20 for coolant.
I told them I didn't tell them to put that in there and that I had two coolants in my trunk they said that I could give them one of mine instead of paying the $20. I was just so worried about getting the car fixed I gave them my coolant without a second thought at the time.

We've gone here for nearly a decade and spent thousands at this shop. Sometime in the past year they changed their policy on their coupon card program restricting use to one vehicle. If you own two vehicles, not only can you not use it on your other vehicle, but it also can't be used on a new vehicle if you sell the vehicle that they've written the name of on the back. So you've paid for services that they refuse to perform.

Lee was both pleasant and informative and he saved the day when I had a potential safety issue with my Audi Q5 after a collision with a large animal the prior night - I was unsure if driving back to DC Sunday night was going to be possible ... I wish the guys over at the Audi dealership demonstrated the same customer service and professionalism that Lee did ! They were too busy doing oil changes to take a short break and take look at my brand new car. Whoever owns this station is lucky to have such an asset for an employee. I have had several oil changes using their customer loyalty card on my two vehicles. Saved money and no problems with either vehicle. When I needed the timing belt changed on my 2003 Mitsubishi Montero, their price was nearly $500 dollars less than two other well known shops I got quotes from and they offered more services for the price. No problems with the vehicle several months later and nice to know that there's a new belt. Recommend highly.

It's so hard to find a trustworthy, reliable and skilled mechanic. Moved here a year ago and have been hunting for one. The search is over! This place has won the "Best of" award for a few years in a row and it's obvious they deserve it. Have had alignment and some other things done here. Reasonable prices, stand by their work and know what they're doing. Will keep going here for the next time my old car needs help.

I had some car trouble and a Good Samaritan helping me out recommended this service station to me for my repairs. Having heard how long he had used this facility, and me just moving here and not knowing anyone, I gave it a shot. I dropped my car off Thursday and it was finished in Monday. The staff kept me updated on progress. Prices were fair. The proprietor was extremely helpful in my time of need. My car came back to me clean and safe. I intend to return for all of my car's needs, both routine and repair based.

Went here because of all the great reviews...found out this is not the place to go for state inspection!! Had such a bad experience with them.
Didn't get my vehicle serviced here so this review is just on the dishonesty of the guy who did our state inspection and his lack of customer service skills. My husband came in & they failed his car for a number of reasons...only one was actually warranted. Talked to a mechanic friend & he said they shouldve never failed us for the pitman arm, etc etc. Sure enough we went to another place after my husband had fixed the one problem...and done
