I come here every time my car needs anything from an inspection to major maintenance. They never gouge me and are honest and upfront with everything they do, even going so far as to point out to me and show me where it is broken and in what way. Im not sure why so many other people are having a hard time with the inspections, they've been lenient and kind with mine for years, passing it with warnings for things that other places would likely have forced replacements of. I am very grateful for them existing and fixing everything i have put my cars through. They just yesterday fixed my car that was

I was new to the area and needed a safety inspection, but couldn't afford to wait for an appointment elsewhere since I was already pulled over. This was the best option based on walkability during the pandemic and availability for the same reason.
They said I needed new front rotors to pass and explained that the old rotors were "shot" when I asked what was wrong with them. No further details. I knew I was getting up-sold, but I blamed myself since I didn't have time to shop for a better-rated or customer-recommended mechanic. Again, I was still new to the area and time-constrained.

I got a state inspection done there and when I went in had a dime size scratch in my windshield. After I got my car back the crack went from one end to the other and I had to get my windshield replaced.
and another instance my husband took his car there to get some work done. they scratched the back end of his car and then tried to deny that they did it. and gave him a hard time about it. definitely would not recommend or trust them with my cars ever again.

They are very rude and unproffessional i came in for a simple brake change and ended up not having any brakes at all and my car was smoking, and nobody seemed to know what was going on, one guy told me on the phone they would fix it for free and i got there and they tried to charge me $400 for a $60 job

Our vehicle is well maintained.
After being rejected multiple times for different reasons each time we became a running joke. Called ahead of time, got there, and then turned away because they were going to close in an hour. We went to get an inspection somewhere else and they had already knew about us because someone from bingo thought it would be funny to talk about rejecting us a sticker multiple times. 😡🤬

I have tried going to this shop several times in the past 5 years solely due to the location and true convenience of living nearby, however every single time I leave frustrated and with my car being worse off than when I dropped it off. Girls do not go here alone or they will 100% take advantage. Also see reviews below on inspections do not bring your car to be inspected here. Waste of time and money.

I came here for a state inspection on a car in great condition that I've had for less than a year. I was shocked when it failed inspection. Control arms needed to be replaced and and headlamp restoration. $865!! I don't know about cars but figured I'd have noticed a change in the way it was driving and you can see if a headlamp is looking cloudy. It was not. I decided to let the fail it and got it inspected elsewhere. Passed with no issue.

First time visiting this shop. Chad was really personable . I recently purchased a vehicle for my daughter and I had Bingo check it out. They were pretty busy but they helped me right away. Very friendly and seemed honest about the needed repairs for her car . I will be returning for future services.

Got called that my car was ready for inspection and the owner was sitting there eating a sub at the desk when I got there
went to pay for my food and this dude makes me wait 30 minutes just to pay and grab my key while he sits there and stuffs his face
