Craftworks Construction officially began in 2012, but owner Rolandas Reciuga has been running his own contracting business in Fairfield County for over a decade. He began his career in the construction field in 1997 and worked his way up, gaining valuable first-hand experience of the many different facets of the business.
Rolandas is a first-rate problem solver and values loyalty amongst his staff and collaborators. Our manager and foreman, Andrei Karaleu, also a skilled tradesman, has been partnered with Rolandas since the beginning. Their combined experience and history of working together to get the job done are at the core of the Craftworks Construction story.

Services
Craftworks replaced 28 large windows and 2 doors with total care. We could not be happier with their attention to detail and quality of the install. We live in an older home with its own quirks, Craftworks understood this and worked through some unexpected discoveries and left our home forever improved.
Craftworks Construction provides professional guidance through every step of the construction process. We bring experience and hard-earned know-how to the job, and are comfortable working with architects and designers to help bring any idea to life. For many years Craftworks Construction has worked exclusively with an extended family of licensed, insured, and experienced tradesman.

Roland and his crew have been not only live savers but a total pleasure to work with! We had met Roland at a neighborhood gathering and thought immediately to call him when we discovered a burst pipe and flood in our inlaw apartment one night. He was willing to turn on a dime to come out and give us advice the next morning and has worked with us since. Like many projects, the damage was much more extensive than we originally thought, and Roland and his crew have guided us through every step and every decision, while willing to discuss and evaluate our options. Rolandas and the team at Craftworks completed extensive and excellent work at my home. The carpenters, plumbers, electricians, sheet rockers, painters, tile setter, and floorer all fulfilled their jobs in a coordinated and timely manner with attention to detail and great craftsmanship. Carpentry skill and patience was required to install ceiling panels around trusses in the living room and the result is lovely. We had to make decisions in a several departments as the project unfolded and Rolandas was always responsive to my questions and concerns. I never doubted his expertise and aesthetics. I

Roland and his crew are awesome! We had an exterior triple panel french door (family room onto the deck) that was starting to rot out on one side. Roland was able to provide recommendations on various models, suppliers, and finishes that would match the style of our home. We ultimately chose Marvin, supplied by Rings End; excellent quality.

We just finished a complete kitchen renovation with Roland Reciugas and Craftworks. They did an amazing job. Everyone (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, etc.) who works for/with Roland is professional, at the top of their craft, and really pleasant to have around. The attention to detail by all was beyond our expectations, and they worked non-stop until the job was done. Roland was always available and always ready with a creative solution to any issues that arose. We highly recommend Craftworks Construction!

We initially hired Craftsworks Construction, led by Roland Reciuga, to rebuild the cantilevered deck to our mid-century modern home. This was a tall order due to complications involving rotting rafters that ran through our lower level ceiling. Roland carefully & securely rebuilt the structure in the agreed timeframe using the utmost professionalism and skill level. Craftworks Construction LLC did a complete renovation of our bathroom and it came out amazing! This was the first time we had done a big renovation to our home and we wanted to get it right. With Roland’s help we were able to see an even better result than we had anticipated. His team and subcontractors were very professional, courteous, trustworthy and punctual.
