TR Building and Remodeling recently helped us with a year long extensive remodel of our house on a pond. We did not want to tear down the house as we had significant landscaping and extensive rock walls that we wanted to preserve. We had an idea of what we wanted to do and did not want to go the traditional route of hiring an architect who would dictate a particular plan based on his assessment. Todd and Rick were patient and helped use their expertise to make our idea happen. I found them to be detail oriented, knowledgeable and organized. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would! I cannot speak more highly of TR as a design-build firm. Rick and Todd are honest, trustworthy & upfront. Most contractors will tell you anything to get the job, but TR’s estimates & timelines were dead-on AND they finished our large renovation project on time & on budget — which is unheard of. Also, a lot of architects will create incredible, over-the-top plans, but they have no interest in making them affordable to build. With TR, they knew my budget & were able to design/plan/build accordingly, accurately & beautifully. Many friends have been wooed
