They treat you like family. They are always down to help out and they aren't overpriced for what they offer.
Military owner and operator. Small family owned. Great business.. they can help you with pretty much everything. And they are well equipped. Once you do business with them and they get to know you .. they would break a leg for you! Jeff is a great fellow.

I love this place, have been going for years and love the service, professionalism, prices, thoroughness of work, friendly employees, etc. This place is the only place I'll go for car repairs - they try to save customers money!!! They do the opposite of what other companies do, best car service place ever.

This is my third time using Beacons services. So far, they have hit 3/3 home runs both in price, service, and professionalism. My Jeep is more than my transportation, it is part of my family and I always feel comfortable leaving it with Beacon.

Driving a 6.0 Powerstroke I have spent my fair share of time under the hood and with the truck in a shop. This is by far the most honest and helpful automotive shop I have ever dealt with. Repair could have costed me $3000 but mechanic made the repair for under $200 which is almost unheard of in the automotive industry. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism and quick turn around. If I was going to live in Augusta permanently this would be the only shop I use.

My experience here was amazing. I drive a 2005 Ford Ranger. There was a shimmy in the front end that was starting to get worse. A friend recommended taking my truck to Beacon because he said they were an honest place to do business. Jeff explained what he would do to figure out problem and let me know before starting work. His quote surprised with quote I told him to go ahead and change the oil that was also due. I 100% recommended Beacon Automotive.

I’m from out of state but pulled into Beacon Automotive today, with my car running hot as I drove down I-20. The reception I received was amazing! A nice young man check my car, spent 20-30 minutes with me, checking all the things that might be wrong. In the end, I only needed coolant, which apparently wasn’t checked when I had my car serviced recently. He charged me $0.00. Absolutely nothing! I was shocked and will be sending them a nice ‘thank you’ card and I highly recommend this shop.

I brought my car in for troubleshooting for two issues. Replacement parts had to be purchased to resolve both problems, per the big guy at the front counter, however the issues remain. He can talk the talk, but seek second opinion elsewhere. I could go on about other issues but I'll spare you the time and advise against using this business. I recommend the following but not in specific order; ATC in Grovetown, Christian Brothers in Evans, or C&C in Augusta. Sure, not all auto business are perfect, but Beacon gives false diagnostics and hope.

I could not have found a better place to take my car. I was given the reassurance that I needed to feel safe driving my car around after the dealership responsible for initially fixing it failed miserably thanks to Beacon. I was able to get an oil change after 5pm due to a confusion with the closing time online, and the association was willing to stay later to make sure it got done. A week later, my brother-in-law's car broke down during Thanksgiving. My family was from out of town, and gratefully able to come back the following week. Beacon had his car fixed by that time and got them a safe
