Traveled from Atlanta to have a $124 PPI performed. They worked us in and found a few items via the computer and documented them A+ but not even a deal breaker. Weeks later when the car was finally purchased, we found a huge coolant leak in the garage less than 24hrs after having the car.
I don’t understand how such simple visual inspection was missed leaving me with a costly repair. This should have never been missed from the under the car or under the hood with a full mist of steam as an indicator something wasn’t right. Highly unprofessional for such an easy issue that was missed!

I had an appointment but was concerned it couldn’t wait so I took it there 2 days earlier and they fit me in and fixed my problem and had my car back on the actual appointment day. It’s riding like a dream and I scheduled my next few visits to keep it running in great shape. Bonus I spoke to another customer that said he’s been using this shop for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else..

Critical: Quality
Got an A service done only to drive to Florida 2 days later and my serpentine belt shredded to pieces. Had to get my vehicle towed and repaired in Florida during my vacation. Did you guys not see the belt was looking worn out when you did the service?

Very honest and professional repair center. Jonathon kept me informed every step of the way.....Their price was reasonable and affordable. I've been to the only "Authorized" BMW dealer that sell new cars in town a feww miles away....I'll never go back there again! Each time I felt robbed and mislead, not to mention the next day would be another engine light after their "alleged repair. But not at Tommy Mathews auto repair, excellent service. People who walk in integrity and look the customer in the eye and tell them the truth. They Listened to my needs and went the extra mile.

Tommy Mattewes came highly recommended, and because of that recommendation, I utilized them for a battery diagnostic about a month ago.
When my vehicle would not start a week ago, once the vehicle did start, I drove it to Tommy Mathewes, and I utilized their drop key and text messaging service to inform them of the issues with the vehicle.
I checked on the status and was told that they were working still to ensure the issue was handled correctly, upon receipt of the vehicle, I was told of what had been repaired by the service technician and it was also listed on my service bill.

I went to Carmax but they had a 3 week wait, Butina told me to go to Tommy Matthew's. She gave me my warranty information to give to them because my BSD (Blind Side Detection system) light came on yesterday.
I don't know the man's name at Tommy's but he took my warranty information and they took my car to the back. He came back to the desk and asked if my car was ever in an accident? I said yes so he said the business that fixed my car didn't calibrate the BSD system and then he walked back to the back.
He should have given two options, 1 take it back to the business that fixed my car (in September
