I would like to thank Lisa and every one at this location has been awesome. I want to give Lisa the most shout out. She has been so helpful with my account. I had a very bad experience with State Farm in San Antonio,was with them for 5 yrs. Let’s just say I was not very happy at the end how my policy was being handle. When I found out what was going on and felt betrayed. I looked for a State Farm here in Austin and that’s when I found Miss Lisa. I have been using Larry Evans insurance for years- and it has been really tight on my wallet. I just called in to the office to create a claim for something I felt I should be reimbursed for, and am feeling very disappointed with the customer service I received. It was a battle from the beginning of the conversation- not a lot of sympathy, empathy, or considersation demonstrated. I’ve been thinking about switching car insurance companies for a while because of the cost; unfortunately this was the nail in the coffin.
