A little bit About Me. My name is Rhonda Leonard. I'm a mom, wife, beauty enthusiast, owner of Glow Permanent Makeup and real estate agent with Keller Williams. Whether it's brow goals or real estate goals, I have a passion for both. I'm a graduate of NC State University and have worked in the fields of business communications, beauty/marketing, and real estate over the years.
All Permanent Makeup procedures include a Consultation where we will discuss your health history, pre/post procedure care instructions, measurements/shape and pigment color choice. Topical anesthetic is applied for all procedures and clients will be given an aftercare kit. A complimentary consultation is required before booking your service appointment.
Permanent Makeup is a term used to describe the cosmetic tattooing of facial features (eyebrows, eyes, or lips) to improve color, shape and/or symmetry. Colored pigments are implanted into the skin with either a needle or micro blade. Permanent Makeup has many benefits. Sparse eyebrows can be made to look thicker with hair like strokes, eyes can be given definition, and lips can be given a full youthful rosy glow.

Rhonda does amazing work and is meticulous about cleanliness and perfectionism in her job. She just did my brows for the second time and I couldn't be happier. My first experience with microblading 3 years ago left me with faded brows within 3 months. After I found Glow and had Rhonda do them, they lasted over 8 months. Most people can go a bit longer but my oily skin tends to make them fade faster. As someone with the same skin type, Rhonda knew how to do what she could to make my brows last as long as possible.
