Amazing customer service. Haley helped me sort out a billing issue and was very professional and prompt about it. I normally don't take time to leave a review, but I have been so happy with this company, the quality of their services and their staff. I was bated into putting a deposit down for laser hair removal when I wasn't 100% certain I could get the treatment. I have Bullous Lupus and needed to check with my Rheumatologist and Dermatologist. The staff urged me to put down a deposit to lock in the service at the lower rate because just my luck, it was the last day to take advantage of the discount. I'd had serval procedures at this location so I trusted them. This is a sales pitch to get you to leave a deposit while you're in the office. Molly is the best! She really helps the process move smoothly. My numbing app was scheduled for 10 am, and I finished my laser app (Brazilian and underarms ) at 10:54 am. The staff is very professional, the office is clean, and I am always out of the office quickly. Only a few more sessions until I am completely done. Yay! P.S. The results are great and definitely worth it.

I have been going to Blue divine for almost a year now. I started with laser hair removal treatments and then started getting hydra facials. Yessi is an amazing esthetician. She walks you through the entire process and explains what she is doing. I’ve been seeing her for about 5 months and my skin has made dramatic changes. I would highly recommend!

Blue Divine was exceptional and exceeded all of my expectations. I have gotten a chemical peel and laser hair removal at Blue Divine. I would never go anywhere else for my skincare needs. They are so kind, professional and skilled. Also, love that they are knowledgeable in treating darker skin-tones/all ethnicities.

They hardly EVER answer the phone. No matter when u call it goes to voicemail. I've even gone up there randomly (since I live close) to see how it's possible they can have a working small business and not be able to answer the phone to take an appointment for me. They were randomly closed in the middle of the week. The actual facialist is fine and the facials turn out good but this part of their professionalism lacks. Hard to be consistent with appts when I can't trust they'll ever answer.

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. Kalen and her employees are clueless as to how to handle customers at the front desk. On every occasion I have had to spend most of my time there waiting for them to figure something out on the computer. As a group they are not clear on the prices and show incredible confusion when trying to work with their system. 24 hours after a treatment I get a phone call saying I will be charged more than what I paid all because the secretary behind the desk messed up. I am a long time fan of the Hydrofacial, Perfect Derma Peel, Body Wrap, and 30 minute teeth whitening, but the micro-needling with growth factors is absolutely amazing! I am in sales and never have time for myself each of these procedures is 45 minutes or less and they keep me looking and feeling my best! Kalen is more knowledgeable than anyone I know in this city which helps take away the stresses of the investment!

I got a hydrafacial at Blue Divine on Friday, I have no complaints, and I'd love to work with them again!
Blue Divine reached out to me and asked if I'd be willing to try out the hydrafacial. After doing some research on what the treatment actually is (and after seeing that it's actually a great way to treat my face), I happily agreed. They set up the appointment for me, and I was able to confirm with a quick text, which was all very convenient.

THE best laser hair removal in town! I have tried laser hair removal for years at many facilities, and have been disappointed with all of them. As an Indian, we have dark coarse hair that's also very stubborn and seems like it never wants to leave us. After my first treatment I saw a significant difference.
