She naturally has an ability to listen carefully to her patient's desires and concerns. She combines the ideas of Davinci beauty codes along with restoration & rejuvenation to create naturally enhanced, beautiful, happy clients. Cindy is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine. She has earned 2 Bachelor of Science degrees, Masters of Science in Nursing & holds membership in Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society.
Our very own nurse practitioner, Cindy, is happy to be alive today after being diagnosed with Melanoma while she was finishing up her Masters of Science Nursing Degree. She vowed to become a patient advocate in the fight against skin cancer. Now she is proud to be a Nurse Ambassador for the Skin Cancer Foundation.
Oh, the never ending battle with aging! It is pretty clear that we can't escape the passing of time, but the beauty industry has certainly developed a trick or two when it comes to concealing and postponing its effects. One of the most widely-adopted methods when it comes to combating the appearance of skin aging in the last decade has been the use of Botox.
HIFU stands for High Intensity Focused Ultrasound. This is NOT Ulthera, Excilis, or Laser. This is actual focused ultrasound waves creating thermal coagulation collagen stimulation in a scaffolding approach. The key is targeting multiple depths causing tissue healing & repair. This therapy has been FDA cleared.

I recently moved from out of state and have been looking for a new place to get my Botox! I was referred here by a friend and absolutely loved it!!! I got Botox in my forehead, in between eyebrows and crows feet and already have another appointment scheduled for lower face Botox! Could not recommend this place more!

Absolutely Loved Cindy. Not only was she very professional, she was also very thorough in explaining each procedure. I just moved from a different state and was a little nervous about finding a new place to get Botox and from the second I walked in I was treated SO well! They took such great care of me and we’re so professional. I got Botox in my forehead and I was done in less than 20 minutes with NO pain. Will be going back and telling all my friends!!

I got more than expected! This place was amazing!!! The best part was Cindy didn’t try to sell a service I didn’t need and was VERY honest about her results. I came in for Botox and ended up getting Hifu and loved my results. The staff is not only beautiful, friendly, and down to earth, but the facility is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Cindy is very knowledgeable and if you trust her with your service(s)…she won’t fail you! She went over a package deal with me and I wasn’t sure at the time…I’ll be back for it! They get you the results you are looking for. You won’t be disappointed

This is my new spot!! Cindy takes such great care of her clients. She spent time explaining procedures, giving her professional suggestions, answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable with everything. Stephanie was also amazing in the front office. Same day I went (for the first time) for botox, I took my mom back that afternoon for botox!! Couldn’t be happier!
