The Teaching Career Academy is dedicated to instructing and supporting students interested in teaching. The academy works together with a number of schools and programs to help our future teachers gain on hands experience. The Hollywood High Performing Arts Magnet enables its students to study the arts and to realize the value of the role that the arts play in the human experience.

I am extremely proud and honored to be the new principal at Hollywood High School. While this past year has been extremely challenging, I look to the future with renewed optimism for better and brighter days. Our school community is ready to rebound, renew, and reinvent what is needed as we safely return to campus and activities in Fall 2021.
Four years of college-prepatory English that include frequent and regular writing, and reading of classic and modern literature. Not more than two semesters of 9th grade English can be used to meet this requirement. Three years of college preparatory mathematics that include the topics covered in elementary and advanced algebra and two and three dimensional geometry.
Hey there Sheiks! The 2020-2021 school year started and we hope you have finally settled in! The Crimson Chronicle publishes 1,500 copies of a 12-page paper monthly during the school year. The class meets during sixth period in Room 125. Send your letters to the editor, story ideas, news tips and letters to advice columnists to crimsonchron@gmail.com or drop off hard copies in Ms. Cusolito's mailbox in the main office.
Do you need a place to study? Consider attending Academic Tutoring (Study Hall+). Registered students can come to the library unannounced to study in a quiet, comfortable space. Peer Tutors will be available to assist with writing assignments. If you feel "stuck" or need clarification on your essays, you can ask quick questions of a tutor while you work independently or collaboratively with your peers in a comfortable, no-pressure environment.
