Founded in 1970, Seattle Mailing Bureau was purchased by long-time employee Donna Richardson in 1994. Direct mail became a Richardson family way of life. We've used SMB for about half a dozen large mailings and they have always been extremely prompt and helpful. I've worked primarily with Chad Richardson. It is very helpful to have someone who fully understands all the postal rates and regulations, and this company can turn around big jobs very quickly. Pricing from SMB was quite competitive as well. The biggest cost is of course postage. This is a well-run company I'd highly recommend for people doing direct mail. Another vendor I'd used in the past was simply unable to get a mailing out quickly enough. I've never had that issue here.
