Rich Caldwell is a real pro. I first contacted him based upon a referral. He’s solved several issues over the past couple of years. He’s a good communicator and timely responsive to messages. Because of his experience he asks about the model number of the appliance when he sets up the appointment and listens well when he asks about the nature of the issue. I’m sure that these skills and practices have contributed to the fact that he’s had the parts needed for a quick repair with him. Another time he provided the surprising recommendation to replace the appliance instead of the option of

Rich came to my mother in laws house to look at her broken dryer this morning. Our landlord refused to pay rich to do any further work on the dryer but because the repair was so quick and easy to do he decided to do it anyways out of the goodness of his heart. You never see people like this who go out of their way to help good people anymore. Thanks Rich!

Rich really knows his stuff! He diagnosed the issue with our dryer in just minutes and had it completely fixed just as quick. He keeps parts on hand and prices are very fair. And of course, he is fantastic with dogs!!! This is the second time we’ve used him and we will call him anytime we have any appliance issues! Thank you so much!
