First, let me say that I have only seen Emily, the ARNP, by choice. Emily has always gone above and beyond to make sire that I am pleased with my treatments. She has done both IPL and Botox treatments on my face and I’m very pleased!! I told her I want to look natural, and still have some movement in my face, and she delivered. She takes her time to listen to me and make sure that I’m comfortable before and during treatments. I would, and do, recommend Emily to all of my friends.

I've been going to Dr. Boyne for at least 14 years. Each visit I wait in the waiting room for about an hour past my appointment time, when I'm finally called to the exam room it's another 10 to 20 minutes until she finally come in. When you do finally see her, she seems rushed and lickety-split she's gone. I finally decided to try another office and I got called back exactly at my appointment time, the Dr took her time to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Beware!! I had a HORRIBLE experience with Dr. Boyne and her nurse practitioner! I had over 30 years experience receiving botox with the same Dermatologist in NYC without ANY problems. When I moved to Jacksonville a friend recommened Dr. Boyne for botox injections. The Dr. had her nurse practitioner administer my botox. Shortly thereafter, I found my eyebrows' placement vastly different. Therefore, I called them to fix the problem and they had me come in. Dr. Boyne's nurse practitioner administered more botox to supposedly fix the problem. However, she not only caused a more serious problem, but

Emily is amazing. Staff is ok. However, communication is HORRIBLE. My Appt was literally cancelled and I was removed as a patient, without ANY consultation. Paid bill late. Mix up. It happens. Shouldn't learn about my dermatologist's Scarlett Letter on the day of my six month checkup. Beyond unprofessional.

I saw Emily Begley the ARNP at my visits. Actually my entire family see her. She is amazing. Very knowledgeable and suggest OTC products and prescriptions to help with my skin issues that work and won't cost me a fortune. Also- my father was diagnosed with melanoma and Emily worked very hard to get him an appointment with MD Anderson the following week. She follows him with skin checks and is very thorough. I've never had any complaints. I trust Emily and she is one of the very few medical professionals that I will trust with my family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boyne's for many years. I love her and her staff. I have had 3 kinds of skin cancer and she has been attentive and wonderful. Her personality doesn't always reflect her attention and care; but she will take excellent care of you. After you get to know her, you wouldn't trade her for anyone!
