Aliyah Connect Inc. is a non-profit organization at the heart of Indianapolis, located in a cedar cabin nestled within a residential neighborhood. We provide mentoring, guidance and support for individuals struggling with a variety of life challenges. While our primary focus concerns eating disorders of all types, we also work with individuals in the midst of life transitions, adjustment difficulties and mental health issues.
We strive to help clients achieve greater freedom from their struggles, especially those who require additional support beyond individual counseling, but whom do not yet need inpatient care. In addition, we provide referral services for those who are unable to work with Aliyah. Our goal is to help all individuals find a path that will help them obtain freedom from their struggles.

We cannot ask you to walk where we ourselves are not willing to go. Therefore, we take every opportunity to continue our own healing. We have all been broken in ways which may or may not be apparent to others. Consequently we do not view ourselves as having all the answers, but as ones who attempt to help you understand, learn, and heal from the areas that impede and prevent you from finding your own answers and the freedom you seek.
I have an interest in the areas of eating disorders, adjustment issues, and personal growth. The desire of my heart is to use my training and the knowledge I have gained from my own 20 year struggle with anorexia and bulimia to help clients walk into the freedom that I and many others have found. Chaia Hazan is a licensed and ordained Chaplain with the International Fellowship of Chaplains (IFOC.org).
Aliyah is NOT billable to insurance companies at this time. All treatment is paid out of pocket and at the time of visit unless otherwise agreed upon. We will not turn a person away due to finances, so will work with you at a reduced rate when necessary and as we are able OR will work with you to find a viable alternative.
Letter from Liann P. Since meeting Chaia about 10 years ago, I knew something was different about her, something special. She taught me things 10 years ago that I still remember and use to this day; not because it came out of her own wisdom, but because she opened herself up to the Holy Spirit to reveal things to me.
