Rayanne is one of the best intake specialist I have ever spoke to at the facility On 1/11 night shift. You guys need to give her a raise I’m a sister of a patient and she consoled me deeply and made me feel extremely better about the facility. Just know I and each of my family members talked to a unsatisfactory operator on 12/27 or 12/26 around 6:55 who stated we could only talk to my sister between the hours of 2-3 which we now know the hours to speak with her and never have trouble w any other operator are 8-8. I asked her name and she said I didn’t need to know it and I asked for her supervisor

I went here when I was around 13. First treatment certain I have ever been too. Staff was extremely rude (there was only 2 decent staff members and they were on night shift), many of us were yelled at or tackled. In my 15 day stay I only saw the therapist once. In group all we did was talk about how much we all just wanted to leave. For years after leaving this place I was still suicidal and strongly acting out. Visitations were short. Phone calls were maybe 5 mins tops. And even one guy I went here with, proceeded to commit a homicide on his family after leaving.

I was scared the first 2 days i was there so i thought it was horrible but i ended up meeting new people and enjoying it there and i was happy for a while after i left. i wasn't completely honest with the staff and i didn't really participate in group so i probably could have gotten more help if i was honest. if i have to come back to a place like this, which i probably will, i wanna go back to options because i felt safe there and the staff was really nice. i miss teresa, ashantee, lola, and both megan's, i hope they're doing good cause they helped me a lot. ms k was really nice too, i also miss

My mother was transferred to this facility from her hometown 1.5hours away. She was in a mental health/neurological crisis. She was given a substandard level of care. Family had inquired if she was there and were told “it’s a HIPAA” and they refused to answer. Not a coherent and complete sentence like that’s a violation of her HIPAA rights. Just “it’s a HIPAA.” A missing persons report was filed since we couldn’t find our mother. The police tried to call and we’re not given an answer. The next morning, after shift change, we called again and we’re instantly transferred to our

I was here for a week. Staff had barely to no snacks for people who are diabetic or hypoglycemic. Patients barely get listened to. Also if you’re a THERAPIST there you really should refrain from saying “hurry up so I can leave” around patients, especially when you see two patients fighting. You think non violent patients want to be in that mess as well? Great nurses and techs but not so much drs and therapists.

While my minor was at this facility, we had the worst issue with communication issues, clear up to her discharge. They took over 6 hours to call in her prescription in, that was after we called twice to have them send it in. I would not recommend sending your minor here unless you want to spend hours on the phone tracking down answers, which we did for the full 7 days. Nobody there made me feel like my minor was safe.

When I was here unit 2 was welcoming and the kids there were nice but some staff was ignorant. If a kid was acting up they just tackled them or yelled at them. They kept me 9 days which was longer than they were supposed to, they barely contacted my mom, and group wasn't even really group. In group they just asked a question or two and gave us a piece of paper to fill out and with "therapy" you just went with someone and answered the same questions you'd get daily. Then all we would do was color and play cards all day.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE! I was “treated” here my senior year of high school for a suicide attempt and all Options did was make everything worse by putting me in an incredibly stressful, unsafe, unsanitary environment. Upon arrival they threatened to sedate me if I did not “stop having a panic attack.” I ended up being there for seven days and the whole time the same compassionless sentiment was shown. At one point I was having a panic attack and one nurse tried to comfort me, another nurse told her not to because I was “manipulating her by crying” like WHAT!? we NEVER had actual

I am very grateful my friend referred me to this facility. My daughter spent a week as an inpatient here and I already see a MAJOR change. Everyone I encountered were kind, helpful, compassionate, and very welcoming. I will be sure to refer anyone to them. You will not be disappointed! Also, the staff made a very positive impression on me and my family. So much I inquired about employment. Frenshell was working the front desk and was very helpful and pleasant with walking me through not only my daughters care but employment with their wonderful staff! I received an email the next day! I genuinely

I was on the youth acute stay unit and the staff were very ignorant when it came to mental health. They would yell and cuss at you and on multiple occasions purposely tried to trigger another patients tourettes. They are abusive when in holds. I was placed in a hold because I was arguing with another patient, so the staff slammed me to the ground, grabbed the back of my head and slammed my face into the floor which caused my nose to start bleeding everywhere. I started struggling with them and they turned me on my side and one of the staff kneed me in the stomach to get me to cooperate. Anytime
