Patsy is amazing. She is up to date on all the latest trends when it comes to nail art. Her salon is cozy, tranquil and clean. Patsy was absolutely amazing! I was visiting Scottsdale and looking for a mani/pedi kind of spontaneously. I was intrigued by Patsy's approach of being a one-person nail salon - I had never heard of that before! I didn't know what to expect.
It turned out to be the best mani/pedi I've ever had! Patsy's business reflects her personality: warm, caring, and genuinely interested in each client, one at a time. When she says she'll pamper you, she means it! And she's friendly and open. By the end, we were chatting like old friends! I highly, highly recommend her!

I have been seeing Patsy for over 10 years for my pedicures and was highly pleased to see she decided to also move to AZ from WA.
Guys, if you have ever thought of having a pedicure done, especially if you are on your feet all day at work or travel frequently like I do, you will love what Patsy does.
There is nothing like a good soaking, then scrubbing, proper nail trim and then massage and moisturizing treatment afterwards.
I guarantee that you will love the work she does and unlike some nail salons, she will not put clear coat or other coatings on your nails.

Patsy gives a truly great manicure and pedicure. My nails are natural, they’re not weak nor do they break often. I give a lot of credit to the professional, Patsy, who knows how to properly care for cuticles, create lasting shape and invests in quality products. She loves to pamper and I always feel made over after leaving her salon. I have booked an appointment for all the ladies in my family that have come to Phoenix for a visit. The experience is worth sharing! Typing this review with my freshly painted nails in CNDs “Popsicle Picnic.”

I love getting my nails done by Patsy! She knows what she’s doing both from a health and safety perspective, but also an artistic one. My nails are always gorgeous once she’s done her magic. I love her innovative ideas for style too, like foil and glitter, or different colors on different nails, matte and shine combos, etc. Also she’s just a delight to hang with for an hour or so, which is the best part!

Patsy is the absolute best manicurist I’ve ever used! I went to her for 3 years while I lived in Bellevue, WA. Now I live in NYC and I will forever search for someone as good as Patsy. She is an expert truly! She is thorough, thoughtful, professional, caring and she enjoys her work. She is meticulous about the quality of work she provides. Patsy, I miss you so much! For a period of eight years every two weeks you did my acrylic nails and I love you. I got so many compliments on the work that you did. Since you moved to Arizona I’ve had to do my own nails. I think I’ve been doing pretty good though. I wish you all the best in Arizona but you really need to move back to Washington. We miss you

AMAZING job!! I had just started at a new company and wanted my nails to look their best when I discovered Patsy James. She added very natural looking acrylic to my nails while they grew out, filing by hand, and then after a few months shifted to Shellac. She made my nails look beautiful and they were very healthy. I highly recommend Patsy! She's worth every penny!!!
