This company did not fix our problem. Came out 5 times with different techs saying different diagnoses yet they didn't follow through on fixing the problem.
PDQ told Samsung that the defect was fixed/resolved, even though the problem is still there (loud vibration sound when running).
Now Samsung will not replace/fix it while it's under warranty because PDQ lied!
Would not choose to use this company myself!! Samsung only uses this company for the Portland to Seattle areas on their applience products. So odd and unfortunate!
Very disappointed in both PDQ and Samsung!
