I forgotten the guy that helped me out today but he was so nice and really wanted to hear my story of weightloss and the many complications I have had. he even was able to give me samples of other shakes and… just an over all wonderful experience. I am ready to go get another flavor o by the way the bourbon banana bread shake by nutrabio is freaking amazing!!!!!!

Been going to the gym next to place for about a year, and have gone here to get a protein shake after my workout. Didnt get really much of anything else cause their prices are VERY high compared to other shops and Amazon.
LA Fitness is now esporta fitness and gives coupons for 25.00 off 50.00 for your 1st purchase.
Not a bad deal considering how… HIGH the pricing is.
However since I got a shake their before I was not considered a first time customer.
What bothers me is that instead of working with me get another sale bascially the store told me in a different way " we dont give a crap about

Terrible customer service experience. Staff is all smiles when making a sale but when it’s time to return items they roll their eyes and help you begrudgingly. Please be careful on promises made by the staff on returns or exchanges, when it’s time to exchange something they will tell you nothing is wrong with their product and that you’re the problem. Sadly, the store manager supports this behavior, since he just stood there backing his employee up and then switched gears to up-sell me on another product. I’m disappointed with the staff of this store and they best believe I’m writing
