I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I can’t say enough positive about Dr. Matthew Mino. His surgical skills are simply phenomenal and unsurpassed!! Dr. Mino performed my explant surgery with excellent precision. Due to health concerns, I sought removal of breast implants along with a total capsulectomy. En bloc – which removes the implant with the surrounding capsule (scar tissue) intact - is a delicate, tedious task. Not only did Dr. Mino meticulously perform the surgery successfully, but he also did some muscle repair, and sent my tissue off to pathology. Great results functionally

After a breast cancer diagnosis in 2020 at the age of 39, I underwent a unilateral mastectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation, I came to see Dr Matatov for my PAP flap breast reconstruction in 2021. This was after seeing multiple surgeons who said reconstruction wasn’t an option for me. I’m one week out from surgery and I’m elated at how well my recovery is going and the absolutely masterful work that was done. I still have more surgeries in my future and I’m beyond grateful to have Dr Matatov in my corner. He is a gifted surgeon and I would highly recommend him.

When matatov moved offices insurance said they dont cover him anymore he told us not to worry he will handle it so she didnt have to find a new dr. In the middle of reconstruction after breast cancer. Well almost a year after her last surgery and fighting with matatov because he wouldn't do anymore surgeries until he gets paid after her told us not to worry he will handle it! Needless to say my gf has a 15"x2" wide SCAR with stiches scars too and yes i said 2" WIDE! AND WE HAVE TO FIND A NEW DR! I will post pics later if they still want to be this way

I did quite a bit of research on brrast reconstruction doctors and also met with several. Dr. Marayov dedicated his practice to breast reconstruction patients and innovative ways to treat patients like me. When I met Dr. Tim Matatov, i knew he was going to be my doctor.
