We are conveniently located near Interstates 77, 480, and the Ohio Turnpike, about one-quarter mile from the Brecksville town square near the intersection of Brecksville Road and OH-82 (Royalton Road.) Our office is downstairs from Eddie's Creekside Restaurant, located in the Millside Center shopping plaza.

Sullivan has been the best to my family and I! All three of my kids have seen Dr. Sullivan and her and her staff are the most thorough and friendly people ever. We love the extra mile they always go to to make us feel cared for and to really understand what's happening every appointment. Definitely recommend them :)

I took my nervous 8-year old daughter for her first orthodontic exam and she loved the bright, fun atmosphere and super friendly staff. They even had her name on a chalkboard welcoming her as a new patient. As a parent, I enjoyed the streamlined functions of the check-in and evaluation. Dr. Sullivan had a positive attitude with my daughter and offered a reasonable plan of care related to her current needs. Bravo!

Very unprofessional. Every single time I went to a checkup on my braces they have done something wrong. For example, one day they didn't put new rubber bands on after taking the old ones off, which caused me to miss an important AP test as I had to go back to get the new bands on that they completely neglected to put on. Employees are also far from efficient. While getting a braces checkup, the lady working on my braces would stop whatever she was doing to talk to her colleague about taco bell instead of doing her job. Overall, very unprofessional. We had a great first experience at this office. I was impressed at how Dr. Sullivan interacted with my daughter and really talked to her on her level. She came in very anxious and apprehensive and left saying that she loved that doctor. I love Sullivan Orthodontics. They have been nothing but phenomenal with my care. My case is a difficult one due to tons of crowding and me being "older" but I am so happy with how my teeth are turning out. They are flexible with scheduling and everyone in the office is awesome. Dr Sullivan is so so nice and always keeps me updated on my plan of care. I would recommend them to anyone who needs braces. I have not been disappointed.

Dr. Sullivan's office has been a wonderful experience for our family! They are very professional and friendly. We always felt comfortable and welcome at the office. We were always seen in a timely fashion and were very accommodating with appointments. I have worked in the dental field for 15+ years and I think they have a wonderful office. I don't write reviews on Yelp but their service and client treatment compelled me to. I'm from the West Coast and was only spending my summer over Ohio. Hence, I had no dentist/orthodontist in the area. Unfortunately, one of my brackets fell loose a month before I could go back. I called a few clinics and got referred to Dr. Sullivan. I called them for an appointment and immediately got one the next day. When I asked for how much would it cost, they told me it would be free of charge because they only had to glue my bracket back on my tooth. I thought I misheard it so I still brought

Here's my opinion...I tried to schedule an appointment with this practice and the people who answer the phones were bullies. I had a simple question -- how much would a specific treatment cost. Instead of providing me (the customer) with a cost they mandated that I take several hours out of my day to come in "so we can see you". When pressed as to what that would accomplish they repeated over and over again "we need to see you, we need to see you"...they would not explain to me exactly what they needed to see me for.
