A Better Way Computer Recycling was started in 2008 by a father and son team after being dispirited working for a business that profited from the wrong way to recycle electronics. Witnessing that side of the industry compelled them to start doing things a different way. A Better Way.

A Better Way Computer Recycling offers full data destruction services to include shredding, overwriting, and degaussing. We have a beautiful shredder in our warehouse that just loves to eat hard drives! We offer full serialized reporting for your records. Each drive is scanned into our database, and customers are provided a serialized report of destruction when requested.

Theses guys are on point! I call; in 1-2 days I have a truck and crew here to take my IT recycling away. I then get a certificate of recycling with a summary of what I turned-in and the weight. 2450 lbs. or 6200 lbs. No problem for these guys. Another department needed 100 filing cabinets removed. A Better Way focuses on IT recycling, HOWEVER, They reached out to another company that they have no affiliation with and this other company is more than willing to help. I 100% recommend this company.

These miserable scavengers blocked me on eBay for no reason whatsoever. None. 0. eBay contacted them and they claimed they had the right to block anyone without explaining the reason. Oh no you don't! eBay board of directors has taken up my complaint and would soon roll out a mandate that requires sellers to give the reason for blocking buyers. You must state your reason! Yes. You would no longer discriminate in the public market place and hide behind a computer like a coward. (Unfortunately this review system requires minimum of a star to post. Wish I could post without any star)

Terrible company. They sell on Ebay and send broken laptops when they are supposed to be used. They provide a description and send you completely different laptops.
They will then insult you and try to trick you into saying you want a refund so you can not return or leave feedback. I will be filing a complaint with the bbb and EVERY place I can find against this business.
I can only imagine how many people you have done this to. Very bad business ethics.
