My boyfriend order Mother's Day flowers and didn't come until after 9:45PM of that day cause I kept checking until 9:30PM. He called them and the worst was the lack of etiquette and customers service skills from the owner was sad. The owner called me with an instant snarky attitude and said to me whoever order my flower's tell him to order from somebody else. After I told her when I last checked my door and they never knocked and left them behind a bush, she told me you should be in my shoes when she has a lot to do and dealing with her worker's. Ordered an arrangement for my mother for mother's day. The arrangement itself was not entirely what was pictured & had some flowers falling off. The worst part was the lack of etiquette and customers service skills from the owner. I called to make sure the arrangement would be done in time for same day. Because the time online states they close at 1 PM on Saturdays. Instant snarky attitude & didn't improve during the duration of the call. Will be taking my business elsewhere

Ordered last minute funeral flowers just before Christmas and they were all SO beautiful!! Our family is so appreciative of the obvious care and professionalism that is evidenced in these arrangements! Marie was very helpful and kind. I called with a very last minute order on a Saturday morning ..... Boy oh boy did they come through. The staff at parvins mill flowers is the best. No matter what the occassion or the size of the order..... They get it done in spectacular fashion. My hard earned money wont be going to any other florist ..... My orders will be going to them.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I called from Australia to send my mom flowers for mothers day and the women on the phone told me "to get on with it, they are very busy". She proceeded to rush me through the order and when asked what message I wanted to leave she spoke for me "just Happy Mother's day".
If you can't handle running a business then don't have one. How dare you treat and speak to paying customers like that. When I called her out and said I didn't appreciate the rude interaction she hung up on me. Shame on them, go else where.

I ordered flowers ahead of time to be delivered on the 13th for mothers day. They came on the 12th, in the wrong vase, and the flowers were not even correct. I tried calling and all I got was an attitude, hung up on 3 times, wanted to take the flowers back to refund me (how do you take back someone's flowers?!?!?!?!) And no other option was given nor was I alerted to the flower change, no discount, nothing on something SHE MESSED UP. I will never ever do business here again. This is unacceptable.

I live in Northern PA, and wanted to have some flowers sent to my grandma that lives in Bridgeton. I ordered off their website, then called to make sure they got the order and that it would be delivered on the right day. The woman was very nice and suggested next time call to place an order so it can be a more personal arrangement. My grandmother called after receiving the flowers saying how beautiful they are. And with how happy they made her, I'll be ordering from Parvins Mill from now on!

Although the flowers were beautiful when I received them, they died within a few days. They were also delivered on the wrong date therefore ruining the whole purpose and surprise of them. I was promised they would be replaced next time I needed flowers. I called to have them replaced and the staff was very rude and said that it was not possible to replace them on a holiday. I understand it is a busy time, but there was a much better way to handle the situation then by being short with me and hanging up on me.
