I'm a very skeptical person and cheaper car insurance doesn't mean I want to compromise the importance of coverage, especially in Southern California. Monica was very knowledgeable and allowed me to compare apples to apples, I didn't compromise my existing coverage and got a chance to save. She made me feel confident in my decision to switch insurance companies. I had been with Farmers for five years.

I highly recommend Monica, she was fantastic! Great personal service and knowledge of insurance products. She was very helpful in researching various policy options for me and when it came time to purchasing a car she was patient and supportive when I asked for different draft policies as I lined up different cars. I cant say how much I appreciate the service that Monica gave me... She went beyond the call of duty to even interrupt her Sunday evening to get me taken care of...I talked to many agents shopping. Honestly, my two brothers and I were looking for an insurance agency that can offer us lower premium payments for car insurance even if it meant lowering our current coverages, but Monica was able to keep our current coverages and saved us a lot on our premium, with a side note-a better deductible. I have been using this agency since I moved to California 11 years ago. They have helped insure me through many special moments in my life ( my first NEW car , a teen driver, purchasing a new home etc.) If there is ever a question involving insurance I call Basepoint.
