In 1971, Attorney Donald DiFrancesca opened his law practice on Norwich Avenue in Norwich, Connecticut. In 1980, he moved to our current location at 811 Boswell Avenue. In 1994 Attorney Beth Steele joined his firm. DiFrancesca & Steele, P.C. was incorporated in 1996.
