Mike Kelbie was responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and the utmost professional — I contacted him with a really time-sensitive request to inspect a roof and he was there in TWO HOURS! I’m still stunned by his willingness to help us, his immediate understanding about the situation, and his ultimate expertise. He provided a report, photos, helped us age the roof for insurance purposes, and simply did a *full 5-star* job! I know that we will be working with him in future and as a realtor — I will be recommending him to all of my clients.

Had an extremely bad leak in my roof, talked to several roofers for quotes and even had one out to patch our roof. A couple days later we got more rain and the patch proved ineffective. When I talked to Mike he was extremely responsive and got me a detailed quote at a competitive price very quickly. While we were waiting for permits to clear he had someone out to patch my roof which actually held until they were able to complete the full replacement. Once the permit cleared he had a team out the next day. Took two days to do the replacement and Nestor who led the team was very communicative and

Our experience with Kelbie Roofing has been outstanding. Their prices are fair and their work is exemplary. They completed our roof promptly without sacrificing the quality. Their customer service goes above and beyond. They stood by their warranty three years later and came by the same day to check on a potential issue and even quickly fixed an unrelated problem with my skylight. Highly recommend for anyone needing repairs or work done.

We had Kelbie improve our attic ventilation with smart vents and a fan last Summer. Their crew did an excellent job. We just had them back this past week to power wash the house, patio and driveway, as well as install a brand new gutter system. The crews all did a fantastic job and we're very pleased with the work!

I never write reviews- let alone a bad one - however this company said they could do the job and then within an hour they cancelled and were booked for 6 months. Highly unprofessional and would never recommend such services. Mike recommended many other companies and actually didn’t want my business. This is no way to do business in a professional manner and would never recommend to my friends/family/clients.

Kelbie was paid last summer to fix a leaky roof. After several thousand dollars, he decided the leak was from the skylight, so he did not fix it. He did, however install flashing around the roof, but failed to secure it. We told him it did not look secure, as he just hammered it in a few places into the brick. The flashing blew off, and damaged… the roof. We just hired a real contractor for $1600 to repair Kelbie's faulty work. I don't know who these people are who give him good reviews--maybe friends and family? He has threatened to sue us for giving him a bad review. I hope he does--we

Mike and his crew were great! I reached out to them for an estimate on replacing a fallen gutter and updating my aging roof. I got a reply from Mike with in the hour to set up a time to come by and look at the… roof. He and I exchange a few emails so he could get a better idea on the scope of the project and what work I wanted done in the meantime. I was greatly appreciative of his professional, straight forward, no-nonsense communication. His pricing was affordable and he was great at working around my busy schedule. The work was done quickly and in a timely fashion -- and is wonderful
