Sunriffic is a real estate blog created by Nancy Wagner, Realtor to provide a variety of information about the Tri-Cities, WA and to help you understand what you need to do in order to buy, sell, and live in your dream home. The purpose is value; to provide quality information that you can use in your decision to buy a home, sell a home or if you are moving into the Tri-Cities area including West Richland, Benton City, Finley and Burbank.

My first taste of real estate came when I began buying fixer-uppers. I started with careful consideration of the area and market before any purchase took place. Refurbishing and selling of the property was an exhilarating experience. The real surprise came when I discovered how much I enjoyed helping the buyers find their new home.
Services
We want to thank you for your outstanding service in the purchase of our Kennewick home. I have been a real estate professional for fifty years and have bought and sold many houses. I have rarely met anyone as competent, skilled and sensitive to our needs as you. Our very complicated cross-country move was made easier with your generosity of time both before and after the closing.
The Tri-cities is a metropolitan area in the southern part of Washington State, United States. It consists of three cities: Kennewick, Pasco and Richland and convenes with three rivers: the Yakima, Snake and Columbia. The temperature here ranges from as low as -10 degree (-23 degree centigrade) in winter to as high as 110 degree (43 degree centigrade) in the summer.
These are, of course, the three most important aspects in real estate. In reality and in practice, it is the only important aspect of real estate; all other aspects play second fiddle. Fortunately, we are in picturesque Richland, in the lovely state of Washington, so location is no problem for us and for the residents here.
Kennewick, Washington, one of the three cities on the Columbia River, is the place to buy your next home. Kennewick is an ideal location in Benton County with a growing historic downtown, job opportunities, schools, and nearby attractions. The city is perfect for the young and up-and-coming with a median age of 32.
Burbank is located in Walla Walla County, Washington, where the Snake River meets the Columbia River. Burbank is a small town eight miles from Pasco and approximately 11 miles from Kennewick. Burbank is an excellent place to live and raise a family, as it is small town but is close to major cities.

We are first time homebuyers, and Nancy was extraordinary! She was extremely helpful, and patient with us. She never minded us bugging her with all the questions we had. Our experience has been fun and enjoyable, and not once did we feel stressed or overwhelmed. There’s not enough good things to say about Nancy! She is most definitely highly recommend, and would be the person I’d call again for help.

Nancy was absolutely amazing! She helped us find and buy our first house this year. She was very prompt and enthusiastic about everything from showing houses to placing the offer and completing paperwork. She was a lot of fun to work with and was excellent at being sure we understood the process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area!
